HOW to MEASURE most accurately:
I want to ensure, that together, we get the fit that's right for you:). Properly measuring is the only way this can be achieved. I've worked very hard to provide tips/guidelines to make certain you accurately measure for your DESIRED fit. I invite you to email me with any sizing questions:)
Here are some tips on how to measure according to the type of fit you want.
BASE INNER DIAMETER --- this base' distance is the STARTING POINT for how you'll choose a fit. Preferably using a ruler with MILLIMETER markings (most accurate), measure the distance from the bottom edge of your piercing hole to the very outside edge of your nostril. Again, this measurement will be your 'base' INNER diameter.
SNUG HUG --- Use the measurement for your 'base' INNER DIAMETER for this type of fit. Keep in mind the SNUG HUG fit will hug your nostril very closely (inner part of the nose hoop ring will touch your nostril).
'NOT SO HUGGLY' fit --- if you DO NOT want your nose hoop to closely hug your nostril (to the point of touching) add 1+ desired millimeters to the 'base' INNER DIAMETER measurement.
For example: my 'base INNER diameter' is approx. 7mm, but I prefer my hoop to be slightly larger, so I wear an 8mm hoop (pictured above).
You can measure in inches or cm, but I will need the final desired diameter fit to be CONVERTED into MILLIMETERS (this allows for the most accurate measurement and would be easiest for me).
You can use any online conversion chart for this. Here is a link:

I encourage you to measure at least (3) times before making a size decision. After you've measured accurately, please be sure to select the mm size from the drop down menu.
**Keep in mind that a 6mm hoop is EXTREMELY small in diameter and isn't a commonly ordered size (typically for extra petite noses).. Be sure you are confident with this size before completing your order.

Because 26 gauge wire is inherently thin, it makes for a perfectly delicate nose ring hoop.
Please note that it requires the most gentle and careful of handling.
HOW TO PROPERLY PUT IN:
In order for hoop to maintain its shape...
1) using clean, freshly washed hands - simply unhook and pull hoop gently in opposite directions
2) insert the side with the 'small L hook' gently into your piecing from the OUTSIDE of your nostril and work your way DOWN into piercing, UP, OUT and AROUND so that both the 'small L' and 'eye (small loop)' are now exposed
3) again, pull hoop gently in opposite directions to re-align the 'small L' and 'eye' (not yet hooked)
4) after these two ends are aligned, now you can ever-so-carefully and slightly push the 'small L' down, under and into the 'eye'. The 'small L' end will spring up into the 'eye' closing the hoop
5) gently work the closed hoop ends back into your nose exposing only YOUR NEW delicate and beautiful nose hoop
